FIT 2 RUN COMMUNITY!​

We are welcoming the fit 2 run group to join primal mvmnt fitness & nutrition for a wod n wine event.


This is a chance to meet our coaching team (we are friendly, we don't bite!), learn the importance of strength & conditioning, mobility, and nutrition to support and prolong your running whilst avoiding injury.


Relax, laugh with your fellow running friends in a supportive, fun, and safe environment.


This purely aimed at having as much fun as possible, lots of games (We mean lots of games!), a small and accessible workout for everyone (nothing intimidating - no barbells!) followed by the opportunity to socialise with a glass of wine or drink of your choice (bring your own), laugh and let your hair down and mingle with the team!
