This 8-Week class will dive into the fundamentals of barbell, dumbbell, and kettlebell strength training, as well as the basics of conditioning, bodyweight movements, hypertrophy strength training, and gym etiquette.

What should I expect with this class?

Over the 8-weeks, we will learn and dive into ALL aspects of strength training so you'll gain a level of proficiency in barbell lifting, dumbbell work, and kettlebell training. We will also utilize proven conditioning techniques to help you see and feel results fast!

I haven't worked out before.. can I do this?

YES! This class is designed for all levels, but it's especially geared towards women who have limited to zero experience strength training. All abilities are welcome!

What happens after 8 weeks?

After the session ends, our goal is to have you continue to workout. That's the whole point! We want to educate and empower you to be able to go to any gym and not only feel like you belong, but KNOW that you belong. Obviously, we'd love to have you keep training with us at Yellow Rose, but we are trying to set you up for a lifetime of success!

What should I bring to class?

All you need to bring is your workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel if you'd like. We'll provide all of the equipment, the laughs, the world class coaching, and the amazing workouts!

Do you have childcare?

We do not have dedicated childcare. If you have a young one who can stay in a carseat or stroller during class, you are more than welcome to bring them. If you have a slightly older child (5+) who can stay in the lobby with a tablet or other activities to keep them occupied, that is totally fine! We do not advise having a child in the lobby who is between the ages of 2-4 for their own safety.

Who are the coaches?

You'll be coaches by many of the team at Yellow Rose Fitness. All coaches are world class, and are always excited to be working with you! You can read more about the team here.
