JOIN OUR 5-WEEK NUTRITION CHALLENGE!
Over the course of 5 weeks participants will take one step at a time, learning and practicing how to make lifestyle changes, enabling optimal health and weight loss! Members will be provided daily support and accountability via our online member's group.
Each week participants will attend an educational group meetup to progressively improve their nutrition tactics, and receive the needed support to take action, leading to success! Group sessions are held on Monday evenings, 7:00 pm) starting 5/8/2023. Session summaries will be provided for anyone who is unable to attend.
You will learn: the importance of macronutrients, determining quality of food, nutrition timing, how to eat successfully when dinning out, and build a full proof plan for long term success!
