Week 1: March 16

Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Camp Times (3 hours each day)

Younger athletes: 8:00–11:00 AM

• Ages 13–18: 12:00–3:00 PM

What we’ll focus on:

Sprint mechanics & acceleration

• Jump training & explosiveness

• Some age-appropriate lifting

• Pre & post testing (vertical jump + speed metrics).
