Vinyasa Flow Kinesiology-Informed

Hatha Yoga

Slow Flow

Mobility + Nervous System Reset

Chair Yoga

Accessible + Therapeutic

A supportive, low-impact class ideal for beginners, desk workers, seniors, and anyone recovering from injury or chronic tightness. We focus on functional mobility, posture correction, and easeful movement patterns using the chair as a grounding tool.

Power Yoga

Strength + Control
